Going on vacation doesn’t mean you have to give up on your workout, unless of course you’re down for cashing in your cheat days in Miami (in that case we have you covered, too). But for those of you can’t live without your endorphins, we at WPH are here to point you in the right direction. After all, this is South beach. All those beach bods weren’t born this way.

 

Bike with WPH

Did you know that you can reserve bikes at WPH? Use of our green Martone bikes comes included in your WPH booking. Pedal up Ocean Drive and take in the gorgeous views of the beach while doing it, or bike down to South Pointe Park and watch the cruise ships come in. Run at Lummus Park

A straight shot from WPH, Lummus Park is one of our favorite parks in Miami. It’s also where SoBe gets its workout on. At Lummus Park, there are beach volleyball courts, pull up bars and a paved walkway that runs along the beach. Here you can fulfill your dreams of running on the beach - minus all the sand weighing you down. And once you’ve worked up a sweat, jump in the ocean for a cool down. It feels amazing.

 

Do Yoga at 3rd Street Beach Yoga

If you want to take your vacation relaxation to the max, take the short walk down the beach from WPH to the 3rd Street Beach for the donation-based 3rd Street Beach Yoga. Taught by a dedicated group of yogis, 3rd Street Beach Yoga offers daily yoga classes - a sunrise class at 7 a.m. and a sunset session at 5 p.m. during the winter and 6 p.m. in summer. With sun salutations and views of the ocean, what’s not to like?
